This will automatically insert a bullet and include your signature. Please do not edit the article's talk page.{{subst:RMassist|current page title|new title|reason=edit summary for the move}}
the - If you object to a proposal listed in the uncontroversial technical requests section, please move the request to the Contested technical requests section, append a note on the request elaborating on why, and sign with ~~~~. Consider pinging the requester to let them know about the objection.
- If your technical request is contested, or if a contested request is left untouched without reply, create a requested move on the article talk and remove the request from the section here. The fastest and easiest way is to click the "discuss" button at the request, save the talk page, and remove the entry on this page.
Technical requests
Edit this section if you want to move a request from Uncontroversial to Contested.
Uncontroversial technical requests
- Afa Anoaʻi Jr. (currently a redirect to Afa Anoa'i Jr.) → Afa Anoa'i Jr. (move · discuss) – Format the apostrophe consistently with other pages containing "Anoa'i" McPhail (talk) 09:45, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- A Walk In Your Shoes (currently a redirect to A Walk in Your Shoes) → A Walk in Your Shoes (move · discuss) – Proper capitalization Squittens (talk) 02:05, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- League of Legends Championship Series (currently a redirect to League Championship Series (esports)) → League Championship Series (move · discuss) – The LCS (esports league) rebranded and changed its full name. The move cannot be done because "League Championship Series", which used to be an incorrect spelling of the league's full name, exists as a redirect. Sources for the rebrand: LCS official announcement video, Dot Esports, Inven Global. CentreLeftRight ✉ 02:57, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- Ihr Wolltet Spass (currently a redirect to Ihr wolltet Spass) → Ihr wolltet Spass (move · discuss) – not capitalized in the German language, see for example here https://www.metal1.info/metal-reviews/tanzwut-ihr-wolltet-spass/ -- Xiamatt (talk) 08:17, 6 January 2021 (UTC) Xiamatt (talk) 08:17, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
Contested technical requests
- Tetum language → Tetum (move · discuss) – I'm requesting a move to the new article, along with its associated talk page, because per WP:NCL, there's nothing else called 'Tetum'. PK2 (talk) 01:22, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- Lower Sorbian language → Lower Sorbian (currently a redirect back to Lower Sorbian language) (move · discuss) – I'm requesting a move to the new article, along with its associated talk page, because per WP:NCL, there's nothing else called 'Lower Sorbian'. PK2 (talk) 01:22, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- The convention is to include "language" even when there is not another article to disambiguate from. Also, Lower Sorbian people also exist. (t · c) buidhe 09:02, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
