Uncontroversial technical requests
- Sino-Russian relations since 1991 (currently a redirect to China–Russia relations) → China–Russia relations (move · discuss) – The article should follow the manual of style and the naming conventions of every other bilateral relations articles. For China–Russia relations was redirected to the since 1991 title due to a now outdated naming convention found from the current redirect history from its creation. The China–Russia relations redirect should be the mainspace and Sino-Russian relations since 1991 be the redirect. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 21:45, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
- The rationale makes sense to me, but worth noting that there was a failed RM discussion in 2018 that addressed this along with several similarly-named articles, which may beg for a new RM to ensure consistency. Also, the proposed title will broaden the scope of the article, while it still seems to refer to post-1991 relations. ASUKITE 00:17, 16 December 2021 (UTC)
- Except those articles have nothing to do with modern bilateral relations outside of this one. I think the nominator thought using the word "Sino" was outdated but the article with Sino represents before China was before it became its colloquial name. Not to mention the China-Taiwan dispute over which is the "real China". But regardless, this article's name is wrong as Sino-Russia relations is too broad of a topic on its own and could mean any period. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 01:49, 16 December 2021 (UTC)
- Sino-Soviet relations → China–Soviet Union relations (currently a redirect back to Sino-Soviet relations) (move · discuss) – Per MOS on all other relations articles for the Soviet Union. There is no need for this to be the one outlier or exception. The redirect should be the mainspace and the current name be the redirect. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 01:53, 16 December 2021 (UTC)
- Cummins (disambiguation) → Cummins (move · discuss) – From an unambiguous case of no primary topic; need to move the disambig page to the proper title RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 04:23, 16 December 2021 (UTC)
Administrator needed
- Edit this section if a request requires an administrator (e.g., because the page to be moved is move-protected or the target is creation-protected). Place the request in another section if it only requires a page mover's permissions.
- Template:Di-replaceable fair use disputed (currently a redirect to Template:Di-replaceable non-free use disputed) → Template:Di-replaceable non-free use disputed (move · discuss) – Page move is needed to reflect the recent renaming of the parent template. As part of the clean up, if someone can also change the link for this template in the parent template as well, then that would saving having to make a {{TPER}} on the parent template's talk page. Contested technical requests
- Sikorski–Mayski agreement → Sikorski–Mayski Agreement (currently a redirect back to Sikorski–Mayski agreement) (move · discuss) – Standard capitalisation. Move over redirect. Colonies Chris (talk) 19:25, 14 December 2021 (UTC)
- The results in Google Scholar seem to be more-or-less evenly split between capitalizing and not capitalizing. Since only titles "consistently capitalized in a substantial majority of independent, reliable sources" are capitalized, I feel a deeper dive at WP:RM would be useful here. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 19:32, 14 December 2021 (UTC)
- Similarly oppose per WP:SENTENCECASE and the non-consistent capitalisation in sources. RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 04:25, 16 December 2021 (UTC)
