The name of bozbash is used for some other contexts, yet, abghoosht is not bozbash. Also, bozbash is not popular amongst Iranians. Maybe abghoost bozbash is a food in the Iranian cuisine but it is not bozbash that we have in Azerbaijan or Armenia. Naming convention dictate that bozbash is an Azerbaijani word, hence, an Azerbaijani food. Tag: Reverted

Otherwise each side will make the claim that it is 'theirs'. I will find more evidence, until then I keep your claims on Bozbash and Abghoosht being the 'same' food.

Iranians try to reduce Azerbaijani culture and heritage and this food that they cited "Abgoosht" is a very different food from Bozbash. Bozbash is almost never made from lamb. Also, bozbash doesn't have any vegetables in it (except for tomato sauce based fried onions). Piti is similar to Abgoosht, but bozbash is not.
