  • 12:0412:04, 29 April 2023 diff hist 0 Inês de CastroI changed the name of the king from Peter to his proper name which is Pedro. to call a king of Portugal Peter just sounds ridiculous. We didn't translate all the other names his father his wife etc there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to anglicize the name Pedro into Peter. also at one part of the text whoever had written it actually used the correct word Pedro so it was even more confusing. • 20:4020:40, 23 August 2018 diff hist −1 m Icenipronunciation of Iceni. it ends in an /i/ which may make people think it is a Roman plural but it is not. it is a Celtic name. the C may well be pronounced hard as K and the final /i/ is unlikely to be pronounced /ai/, as if it were Latin. (nor indeed in all the years I was at school was it ever pronounced as an /ai/ sound) Tag: Visual edit

Who these days says 'negroid'? The most the would say, if the fact was relevant would be 'black'. If this is changed back I will delete it.
