I have a proper outline for how I plan to improve the Chezy Formula article, now much farther along than an outline but this is my drafting process. I added (painful) LaTex and strong sources, an exploration but not full derivation of the formula (don't want to accidentally plagiarize?), and better description of the formula relationship itself, improvements by Manning, and how they're currently used.
