The source continues that Congress can't "any law that abridges a person’s freedom of speech. However, simply because the government cannot make a law of this nature does not mean that individuals are free to say anything that they want to."

This changes the phrasing to 1) be more clear, 2) reflect what free speech is, and 3) be better writing. I've also now cited an objective source of what is and is not freedom of speech from a government source.

You may as well cite the Discovery Institute about what evolution is.
