- 22:1722:17, 29 November 2023 diff hist −42 The Masked Rider (1919 film) "The Masked Raider" was never an alternate title for the serial. Boris Karloff misremembered the title of the serial and referred to it as "The Masked Raider" in his biography written by Peter Underwood. There was no serial ever made with the title "The Masked Raider."

- 04:2104:21, 16 September 2023 diff hist −285 m The Crimson Stain Mystery Minor corrections; Costello is the hero, not the villain. I have just restored this serial -- 11 reels were found in the ice. Also the serial was not poorly received; I have many reviews of the serial and all are positive, mostly citing the cast members as effective performers.

Removed a little of the "damsel in distress" stuff because the serial was about a young woman yearning for adventure and an independent identity, not just being a victim.

- 15:0415:04, 29 May 2021 diff hist +147 The Perils of Pauline (1914 serial) The Hazards of Helen series featured the leading lady in action stories including perils always related to a railroad and ran for over 100 episodes. She also starred in other cliffhanger serials which were train-related and though it was she who performed in probably the most "tied to the tracks"-type scenes in film history, often as the rescuer and not the victim, this type of scene became associated with Pearl White (and Pauline) instead because White had been the more popular star.

The novel developed from the screenplay was written by Charles Goddard, not Carrington.
