Saiju Sreedharan is an Indian film director and editor who primarily works in Malayalam film industry. He is well known for his works in Maheshinte Prathikaram (2016), Mayaanadhi (2017), Kumbalangi Nights (2019), Virus (2019), Android Kunjappan version 5.25 (2019), and Anjaam Paathira (2020).[1][2]

Career

Sreedharan was born on 17 February 1981. He started his career as a movie poster designer at Papaya Media with his friends. He edited the promotional video of the film "Da Thadiya". In 2014, he made his editorial debut for the film Gangstar, a neo-noir action thriller film starring Mammootty.[3]

He directed the first upcoming-Malayalam Found footage film titled "Footage", inspired from Blair Witch Project and Cloverfield. [4]

In 2024, He announced his second directorial debut with Tovino Thomas as main lead on an upcoming film titled, "Munpe". The movie is still in production.[5]
