@Ffffrr: Thank you for recreating Portal:Kentucky. Although it has potential, the portal currently seems incomplete when compared with similar pages such as Portal:California or Portal:Texas. Do you intend to carry out further work on this portal and to maintain it in the future? If so then WikiProject Portals can help.
