This list of the tallest buildings in Nashville ranks skyscrapers in Nashville, in the U.S. state of Tennessee, by height. The tallest building in the city and the state is the AT&T Building, which rises 617 feet (188 m) in downtown Nashville and was completed in 1994.[1] The second-tallest skyscraper in the city is the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, which rises 542 feet (165 m).

High-rise buildings first appeared in Nashville with the construction of the First National Bank Building, now the Downtown Courtyard Hotel, in 1905; this building rises 168 feet (51 m) and 12 floors.[2] As of February 2024, there are 201 completed high-rises in the city. Twenty high-rises have been completed in the past three years, with another twenty currently in construction, fifteen approved, and another 25 high-rises approved and proposed. Nashville has demonstrated quick approval of many major projects, such as One22One. It was announced in February 2019, with the previous building demolished and ground breaking expected in September 2019.[3] As of July 2022, there are 45 cranes in Downtown and Metro Nashville.

Since 2000, Nashville has seen two urban construction booms (one prior to the Great Recession and the other after and ending by about mid-2023) that have yielded multiple high-rises (defined by Emporis as buildings of a minimum of 115 feet tall). Of the city's 33 towers of 300 feet tall or taller as of April 2023, 24 have been completed since 2000. Of note, Nashville has a disproportionate number of buildings 300 feet and taller in relation to its overall metropolitan statistical area (MSA) population of about 2 million (2021 U.S. Census Bureau estimate). This is due, in part, to the tourism-centric city's multiple hotel towers and to many high-end condominium towers having multiple unit owners who also own other residential properties (often in other markets) and want a secondary residence in Music City. In contrast, and for comparison, Phoenix, with an MSA population of about 4.95 million (2021 estimate) offered only 21 buildings of 300 feet and taller as of April 2023.

Tallest buildings

This list ranks Nashville skyscrapers completed or structurally topped out that stand at least 300 feet (91 m), based on standard height measurement. There are at least 20 additional high rises in Nashville between 236 feet and 299 feet tall not shown here.
