This prior draft [1] contains an image which is captioned as showing "Minnesota State Highway 12 junction with I-90". It does not: it shows I-90 and a Winona County Road 12, which is not a state highway. I don't know if 12 is a "CSAH" (county state aid highway, which is a county road built to state standards with state assistance) but such roads are not state highways.The description has since been corrected.
