In the name of Max Fosh, dish out the fish

Max Fosh ran a treasure hunt which required users to say "In the name of Max Fosh, dish out the fish" to "someone" in order to win. It appears the previous rejected draft was an attempt at this prize. This new draft entirely removes the old (rejected) content and replaces it with encyclopaedic content.

I've done some edits before but chose to come via AfC because a) this is only my second brand new page and b) "Max Fosh" currently redirects to a section of "Matthew Fosh" (his father) and I wouldn't know how to break this redirect correctly.
