Siddharth 40 is the tentative working title of an upcoming Indian Tamil-language film written and directed by Sri Ganesh. It is produced by Arun Viswa under Shanti Talkies. The film stars Siddharth, alongside R. Sarathkumar, Devayani and Meetha Raghunath.

The film was officially announced in May 2024 under the tentative titles Siddharth 40, as it is the actor's 40th film as a lead actor, and Production No: 02, as it is Shanti Talkies' second venture after Maaveeran (2023). Principal photography is yet to commence.

Production
On 18 May 2024, Arun Viswa's Shanti Talkies officially announced his second production venture after Maaveeran (2023). The project would be directed by Sri Ganesh, known for 8 Thottakkal (2017), while Siddharth would be the lead actor.[1] On 14 July, coinciding his birthday, R. Sarathkumar's inclusion was announced by the production house,[2] along with Devayani and Meetha Raghunath.[3] A muhurat puja was held on the following day at a film city in Chennai.[4]
Filming
Principal photography began with the first schedule on 15 July 2024 in Chennai.[4]
