History

Created in 1989,[1] Pastonji was started by Mr. Suleman V. Hafizi, headquartered in a 600 square miles (1,600 km2) size place in Andheri, Mumbai. After receiving large amounts of income and positive support, the company was moved to a larger space of 6,600 square miles (17,000 km2) in Kandivli, Mumbai, with a processing ability of 6,000,000 litres (1,300,000 imp gal; 1,600,000 US gal) of ice cream per year. After Hafizi attended an international ice cream exhibition held in Illinois, he consulted the people related to the exhibition, eventually landing at an American ice-cream company, over time he gained close relationships with the workers and gained help from the company to expand the business.

Pastonji sold multiple products, including Kulfi, a traditional ice-cream. Ice Cream Cakes, and also brand-made "Novelties".[1] There are also ice cream rolls, ice cream bars, and multiple flavors of ice cream.
