I feel that the article was not properly titled.

The article is a presentation of problems faced by the author during the commercialisation of a Technology for the manufacture of blood bags developed by a reputed Research Institute in India.We had to face tremendous problems right from the beginning and this article highlights the problems and how they were solved by indigenous R & D.This information, I feel will be very useful for persons associated with blood bag manufacture.

From the very nature of this development , this information is not available to third parties and hence they cannot make any comments or publications regarding this work.The very purpose of this article is to make known the facts to the public and also experts in the field.

The two references cited are very reputable sources:-

1. is a publication by the Govt. of India.

2 . is a publication by the Indian Society of Blood Transfusion and Immunohaematology,which is a prestigious organisation in the field of Blood Transfusion.

Hence I request you to have a second look at my article and inform me accordingly.

List of declined submissions by proposed subject / title?

Is the list of declined submissions available in terms of the proposed subject or title?
