The 2025 Miami Hurricanes football team will represent the University of Miami in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Hurricanes are led by Mario Cristobal in his fourth year as head coach. Their home games are played at Hard Rock Stadium located in Miami Gardens, Florida. The season will mark 100 years of Miami Hurricanes football.

Previous Season

The Hurricanes recorded their first ten win season since 2017. Despite the offense having a record setting season with quarterback Cam Ward, the defense struggled in most games giving up 30 plus points in six games. After starting the season 9-0 and in talks of being in the ACC championship game and the College Football Playoffs, the Hurricanes would finish in disappointing fashion by losing two of their last three games including a loss to Iowa State in the Pop Tarts Bowl, giving up an average of 37.3 ppg. As a result, head coach Mario Cristobal fired his defensive coordinator Lance Guidry who was only in his second season with Miami.
