Hi there, i'm loved to be included in this wikiproject. it is about a typical Chinese percussion musical instrument.

Pitch nomenclature in the WP:MOS

If you have any opinions on use of eight-foot pitch notation for organ stops or wind instruments (e.g. 8′ or 16′ etc.), there is a discussion on the Manual of Style Dates and Numbers talk page. Any useful input appreciated. It seems that current MOS rules preclude the use of the prime character to denote the foot as a unit, e.g. 8′ (prime) vs 8' (apostrophe) but this notation is more or less de-rigueur in music literature. — Jon (talk) 23:17, 17 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
