Comment. Based on machine translations of the references provided, the article does not show significant coverage needed for WP:GNG/WP:BASIC. SPI results -- the creator of the article has been confirmed to the socks listed in the SPI investigation: link. The other socks created very similar articles most of which has been deleted.
