FILIBERTO: FRANKLIN STEPHEN CHARLES

January 20, 1954 born in Flemington, New Jersey, son of Mayor Joseph B. and M. Jane Van Over of Chester, N.J. He has a twin sister, Katherine and an older brother John.

May 22, 1982 married: Joyce L. Duffner, divorced Feb. 1997 1 child, Francesca Jane Elizabeth Catherine Filiberto, who attends University of Miami,Coral Gables, FL. as a Legacy Student.

1973 Life member of Tau Kappa Epsilon National Social Fraternity.

1978 Graduated the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, AB degree with a history major and theology minor. National Honor Society member

1980 Graduated Nova Southeastern University with a M.S. degree in criminal justice.
