I removed the comment about commercial licensing requiring negotiation. At least as of the Feb 2009 release, the SOFA libraries are free to use in commercial products, provided that the terms of the license are followed. Astrotrekker (talk) 01:01, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
