Rollback

User:Emperork

Good day. Upon reading the rollback rights permission, I am submitting this application. I have created more than 70 articles already in Wikipedia mostly Philippine-related articles and more than 1,600 edits as well. I started here around 2006 and if granted this permission, this would help my ability to contribute more here in Wikipedia. I watch several articles as well and report/revert (thru editing) vandalism on some articles. I would also want to learn and help more on fighting vandalism on Wikipedia articles. Hello all, I am requesting rollback rights because it would help me greatly in contributing to fighting vandalism on the Wiki. I have experience fighting vandals, and I have previous experience in differing good faith esits from bad ones, but having the rollback tool would definitely help me alot. Thanks. User:Ferdous

Hello, I'd like to use this tool to quickly revert disruptive edits. I have been a sysop on the Bengali Wikipedia. So i think i am very familiar with this tool. Thank you. ferdous 21:35, 30 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Not done. Please first complete at least 300 mainspace edits over three consecutive months. The edits should demonstrate a need for this tool.Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 14:53, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:FULBERT

I fight vandalism in a number of areas, including new religious movements and LGBT+ issues, and believe rollback rights would be helpful. As this is a requirement for using Huggle, and it has been suggested I use that tool, I am adding this rights request. Thank you. --- FULBERT (talk) 14:21, 2 September 2019 (UTC) FULBERT (talk) 14:21, 2 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Great fix by the bot; I saw the formatting issue once I submitted but did not have rights to fix. Thanks. --- FULBERT (talk) 14:34, 2 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
 Done. Thanks for all your work. Kevin (aka L235 · t · c) 23:12, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:Ganesha811

Hi! I've recently started reviewing GAN and have added a lot of pages to my watchlist - I've consequently been noticing more vandalism. Would like to be able to rollback to make fixes easier and smoother. Thank you! Ganesha811 (talk) 23:59, 3 September 2019 (UTC) Ganesha811 (talk) 23:59, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:Rockhead126

Hello! I've been an active user here on the English Wikipedia for ten years now, where I've made over 9,000 edits – 9,006, to be exact. I mostly make and contribute to articles on American history and politics, especially those related to my home state of Virginia. I've had autopatrolled rights for the last couple of years but never got around to requesting rollback rights. I fight vandalism whenever I see it and have quite a few frequent targets on my watchlist; rollback privileges would make things much easier. Thanks for your consideration! User:ZI Jony

I've almost completed CVUA course with Girth Summit, and I understand enwiki Counter-Vandalism that what is vandalism, when to use rollback and when not to use, etc. I think Girth Summit would be happy to support me for enable rollback rights permanently. Warm Regards, ZI Jony (Talk) 21:41, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I endorse ZI Jony's application - their engagement with the CVUA course has been solid, and their responses to the questions show a good understanding of the relevant policies. I have no doubt they would use rollback wisely. GirthSummit (blether) 21:57, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I honestly do not doubt that ZI Jony would use rollback extremely well, but I did want to note something for consideration if this user makes requests for additional rights in the future. I recently processed a their request for advanced user rights on my testing wiki for m:WikiLaw (3). There have been pretty serious concerns about this user's possible cross-wiki hat collection that were raised at ZI Jony's Wikidata RFA. As this is clearly their home project, I don't see this request as particularly problematic.
@ZI Jony: I highly encourage you to ditch any user rights you've have that you don't use as much anymore. The fact you have more rights than edits on fa.wikibooks particularly stands out in a bad way. MJLTalk 07:26, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:Accesscrawl

I have been provided Rollback right in past for temporary period and now I have been told to request this user right here per the discussion with the admin who provided me user right.[1] Accesscrawl (talk) 12:15, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User:Schazjmd

Please remove rollback rights from my account. I can do what I need to with Twinkle. Schazjmd (talk) 21:45, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Already done (automated response): This user already has the "rollbacker" user right. MusikBot talk 21:50, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
