I frequently patrol the Recent Changes feature and I have come across lots of vandalism, for example deleting entire articles, changing locations to some other place in the infobox, adding random nonsense(like for example spamming Romeo on Romeo), etc. I have also come across personal attacks a lot, one was directed to me. just wondering of i could become a pending changes review. when looking at my editing history, my primary edits done to articles are ones that fix punctuation, fix grammar, neutralize language (i.e. whenever I see “he or she” ill change it to “they” if appropiate), and fix broken and redirect links. when i first started using wikipedia i was not familiar with the copyright system so that may not look so nice towards my accounts youthful days, but as of recently there have been very few copyrighted uploads (anyways, i rarely upload any copyrighted content to wikimedia), but distinguishing copyrighted content from public domain content is quite easy for me (especially since most content from governments are public records and thus public domain, along with pictures by animals being in the public domain, even though the latter is quite rare). well i have got nothing else to say (and yes i realise that i am not capitalizing letters and etc, but that is because this page isnt your normal wikipedia page used by the public:)) bequeef (talk) 06:31, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

However, this is an anti-vandalism tool, and you don't actually appear to be involved in anti-vandalism work. We need to see competent anti-vandalism patrolling to measure relevant experience and competence for this permission.
