Pat Roessler is an American professional baseball coach. He is the assistant hitting coach for the New York Mets of Major League Baseball.

Roessler served as the hitting coach for the Montreal Expos in 2000 and 2001.[1] He joined the New York Yankees Yankees as their director of player development in 2005, and served in the role until 2014. The Mets hired Pat Roessler as their assistant hitting coach, succeeding Luis Natera, on November 20, 2014.[2]
