Keith M. Ingram is an American politician from the state of Arkansas. A member of the Democratic Party, Ingram represents the 24th district in the Arkansas Senate. Ingram previously represented the 53rd district in the Arkansas House of Representatives, from 2009 to 2013, and served as mayor of West Memphis, Arkansas, from 1987 to 1995.

While he was Senator-elect, Ingram was selected as the Democrats' Minority Leader.[1][2] He is considering running for Governor of Arkansas, in the 2014 election.[3]
