Alan Phillips (born June 17, 1956 in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa) is a retired baseball player and current baseball coach.

At 44, Phillips was the oldest baseball Olympian.[1] He was a coach on the 2009 World Baseball Classic team.

His sons, Anthony Phillips and Jonathan Phillips, are both minor league baseball players.
