Sharon Chirwa is a Malawian radio broadcaster, author[1] and television personality.[2] She was born in Mzuzu. She is a Tumbuka by tribe. Her role model was the former MBC-TV personality, Tamara Chafunya. She attended Marymount Secondary School. In 2019, Kayira was nominated the Personality of the Year along with Luna and Sharon Chirwa in UMP Media Awards.
