Fulgence Dwima-Bakana was a Burundian politician, activist and educator. He was the former Minister of Justice of Burundi from 2 January 1994. He was succeeded by Melchior Ntahobama, who was also succeeded by Gerard Ngendaganya (1996–1997).[1][2][3]
