Rollback

Hi, please could I have rollback? I lost it when I gave up being an admin recently. I’ve been around a little while. Alex Muller 16:58, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Of course. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:59, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I believe I have a record in reverting and undoing vandalism on the encyclopedia, at times I find it time consuming to revert multiple edits one by one individually then edit to correct the errors. I would to have the rollback right for quick edits to help making the site a better and reliable place free from vandalism. shelovesneo (talk) 19:29, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi shelovesneo, are you aware that you can click any revision's timestamp in the history and then "Edit" and "Save" to restore it? There is a toolkit named Twinkle that can even automate this task. Are these two already sufficient? ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:37, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
(Also, and that's a trick I've learned way too late: When you display the difference between two revisions, with possibly hundreds in between, you see a huge diff. You can undo exactly all these changes by clicking "Undo" when looking at the diff.) ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:39, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
ToBeFree, yes i have been using Twinkle all this time, i know of it. I figured having tools to assist me to work faster would be very useful. shelovesneo (talk) 23:53, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
