Amamkele Lithemba Qamata (born on 2 September 1998) is a South African actress who was born in the Eastern Cape of Cala, Sakhisizwe Municipality. She attended Reddam House School and later studied Theatre & Performance at the Univeristy of Cape Town, leading a career in acting.

Ama's acting debut was on My Perfect Family as Naledi, was an extra on the well-known soapie, Rhythm City in few scenes.

She's best known for her big break role of a teenage girl Puleng Khumalo, whose in search of her disappeared twin sister, Fikile on the Netflix's Blood & Water South African series.

She's also currently having a recurring role as Nobuhle Ndaba as the daughter of Onthatile Molefe-Ndaba on Mzansi Magic's prime-time crime drama series, Gomora. [1]
