Hello CityofWorcester. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Worcester, Massachusetts, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You haven't "advertised" per se, but you have not- if you represent or are employed by the City of Worcester- complied with the paid editing policy, a Terms of Use requirement. I am not being directly or indirectly compensated for my edits. I will refrain from updating info and imagery myself, but still request that the city seal image be updated with the image I had submitted. You can view this in use on the official City of Worcester website (www.worcesterma.gov). If you need me to resubmit in some way please let me know.

You state that you are employed by the City of Worcester, this means you are a paid editor since you say you are editing as part of your job duties("The City Manager's Office has tasked me with ensuring compliance and commonality of usage for the official City of Worcester seal"). I'm not sure why I'm blocked or the City Seal was removed that I updated yesterday. I was not advertising as I am the Webmaster for the City of Worcester and work in the City's Technical Services Department. The City Manager's Office has tasked me with ensuring compliance and commonality of usage for the official City of Worcester seal. The current and accurate version to to be used across all media is the file I uploaded yesterday.

If you have any questions on this and if I can please be unblocked it would be greatly appreciated.

You might try following the instructions you've been given multiple times CityofWorcester, who apparently claims to be a certain person with qualifications to have a position of responsibility that has a title that implies knowledge of how the internet functions, yet doesn't realize that simply repeating an entirely unsubstantiated claim of who you are, even if we knew that you are who you claim to be, isn't enough to satisfy this private entities requiements. Oh, and by the way....a friend of mine is going to start a topless bar just outside your city limits, name it Worcester's Officiel Topless Bar, and use the city's seal prominently in all its advertising and promotion.
