Bishop Stephen Rotluanga, C.S.C. is the serving Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Aizawl. He was born on 8 Jun 1952 at Aizawl, Mizoram. He is the first Mizo to be Ordained a Bishop. He was Ordained a Priest in the Congregation of Holy Cross on 13 Dec 1981. On 2 Oct 2001 he was appointed Bishop of Aizawl and Ordained on 2 Feb 2002. He have served as Director of Formation, Art and Communications at Holy Cross School in Agartala, Tripura.
