After training at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art from 1990 to 1993, Hobley first rose to prominence in [[Coronation Street]] as Samantha Failsworth from [[1996]] to [[1998]]. Her parents Harry Snr and Kathy ran a shop, wher both she and brother Harry were rasied. Very shy as a child, her mother sent her to speech and drama classes when she was five. She then became very clingy, so her mother decided to break her clinging phase by sending her to various activites - including Brownies, Horse Riding. Biography

Personal life

Hobley married Graphic designer, Steve Wallington, in a ceremony in Ennis Cathedral, Ireland in 1998. Daughter Isabella was born in April 2000, but the couple are now divorced. She is now engaged to Freud Communications Director Oliver (Oli) Wheeler. Tina and Oli are engaged to be married in Winter 2006.
