Winston Roddick QC is a barrister, and the independent Police and Crime Commissioner for North Wales Police. He is the first person to hold the post and was elected on 15 November 2012.
Born and rasied in Caernarfon, after training and working as a police officer in Liverpool, he undertook a law degree at University College, London. He then trained as a barrister, and then became a Crown Court recorder.
