Stoke Gabriel is a village and parish in Devon, England, situated on a creek of the River Dart. It is equidistance from Paignton, Dartmouth and Totnes.

Fisherman probably came to Stoke Gifford to fish salmon, the village has an 800 year old Yew tree in the churchyard.

Stoke Gabriel was the birth place of the Great Western Railway's Chief Mechanical Engineer, George Churchward.
