Arena Leisure plc is a public limited company based in London, England, ow owned by the Reuben Brothers. The company operates seven of the UK's horse racing courses - giving it a 23% share of the UK horse racing market - as well as and other leisure industry interests.
Founded in 1997, the company acted as an acquisitions vehicle to buy a number of UK racecourses ad leisure interests, also spanning golf courses and hotels, and joint ventures with a 47.85% stake in "At The Races". The hotels are all leased to major hotel chains.[1]
