Charles MacMahon (1824–1891) was an Australia politician and the second Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police from 1854 to 1858, succeeding William Henry Fancourt Mitchell .
Charles MacMahon was also a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, become its second Speaker between 1871 and 1877.
Charles was the son of William MacMahon, an Irish judge, and Charlotte Shaw.
