The Upton Blues Festival is an annual blues festival, centred on Upton-on-Severn in Worcestershire. Formed in 2001, the festival aims to support Blues music in Upton, and support the local community.

Formed in 2001, seven local people each put £10 each to create a basic fund. Now one of the largest festivals in Worcestershire and the middle River Severn area. Alongside the music, the committee arranges art classes and displays. Every Sunday, the festival embraces the local churches with a Gospel choir service, and a Sunday lunch held at the vicarage.

The 2007 festival was heavily affected by the River Severn flooding.[1] The revived festival in 2008 had an estimated 20,000 people over the three days. The main Under the Bridge venue has seating for approximately 500.

The festival is supported by many local businesses, with the main sponsor being Worcester Bosch Group. In 2009 however, WBG pulled out, leaving the event in a funding "crisis"[2]. The Evesham Journal have confirmed that the 2009 festival will definitely be held on the weekend of July 17th-19th. Festival organiser Louise Orr revealed however that £3,000 needed to be raised to ensure they could put on a good show for the crowds expected over the three days.[3]
