Rupert Henry St. John Barker Moon (born 1 February, 1968 in Birmingham, England), was a Welsh interational rugby union player.
Born in Birmingham, West Midlands,[1] Moon was educated at Queen Mary's Grammar School.
He played junior rugby for England Rugby Union at student, Under19, Under21 and B level, before qualifying for Wales by playing his club rugby for Abertillery RFC and Llanelli RFC and earned many caps for Wales in the national rugby team. After retirement from international rugby, he played for Newport Gwent Dragons.
He has subsequently become a television presenter on BBC Wales and is now working in the commercial department for the Welsh Rugby Union and Millennium Stadium.
