Anthea Redern (born circa 1953),[1] is a former British television hostess, most notable as the assistant to her husband Bruce Forsyth on the BBC's The Generation Game.

Training as a dancer and having worked as a model in Paris, Redfern became "Miss London" in 1970.[1] She met Forsyth at a "Miss Lovely Legs" competition,[2] The couple started an affair, and after Forsyth divorced his first wife Penny Calvert, she auditioned against 52 other girls, and they started presenting The Generation Game together.[3]

Marrying on Christmas Eve 1973, the couple had two daughters: Charlotte and Louisa. After divorcing in 1979, she was married to property developer Freddie Hoffman, with whom she had daughter India.[1] She was also later married to Torquay United F.C. and Bristol Rovers F.C. footballer Robin Stubbs. Divorced, she presently spends a large amount of time in Marbella, Spain.[1]
