Gavioli were a Franco-Italian organ builder company that manufactured German fairground organs in both Italy and later France.

Gavioli was founded in 1806 in Italy, but moved to Paris in 1845, and also produced organs in Waldkich, Germany. They were until their demise in 1910, the most famous and prolific fair organ builders.[1]

Carl Frei Jnr was his son, who carried on the organ building tradition.
