Maria Teresa of Savoy, (Rome, September 19 1803 - Lucca, July 16 1879) was a Princess of Savoy and wife of the last Duke of Lucca and Duke of Parma.

She was born in exile as daughter of King Victor Emmanuel I of Sardinia and Maria Theresia of Austria-Este.

On September 5, 1820, in Lucca, Maria Teresa of Savoy married Charles former King of Etruria and Prince of Lucca.

They had two children:

They were a mismatched couple who lived most of their married life apart from each other.

Maria Teresa died in 1879 in San Martino near Lucca and was buried in the Verano cemetery in Rome.
