Lucy Owen (née Cohen) is a Welsh news reader who co-presents Wales Tonight, the regional news programme on ITV Wales, broadcast from Cardiff.

Lucy has been seen anchoring the main ITV News. She has filled in on the Lunchtime News, Evening News and the Weekend News.

She has also been seen on the now defunct ITV News Channel.

Personal life

Lucy married fellow Welsh television presenter Rhodri Owen in June 2004 at St Andrew's Church in St Andrews Major near Dinas Powys[1]. The couple live in both Cardiff and London.

In 2001 the then Ms Cohen was stalked by a man from Swansea, who was later held in a secure unit. In March 2004 having collected 12points on her driving license, Lucy escaped a driving ban after she appealed to magistrates that she needed her car after she was stalked[2].
