National immigration organization is an Iranian government agency under Islamic republic bureau of women and family of presidency. It will open until before March 2025. It works through Ministry of foreign affairs.[1][2] It was incorporated 2022. It was proposed in 2018.[3]
Function
It will eliminate the legal gaps related with citizenship.[4] It also will aim to organize influx of immigration of Afghanistanis and other countries.[5] [6]It will database the immigrant population as well and issue IDs.[7][8]
It has a coordination council its 17 members include
Minister of interior (secretariat) , Minister of intelligence, Minister of labor and welfare, Minister of education, Minister of Science research and technology, national civil registration, national budget organization[9].
