She is a model and actress of mixed Dutch and Indonesian descent.

Her mother is [[Netherlands|Dutch]]-[[Minahasa]] mixed blood, while her father is [[Minangkabau people|Minang]] x [[Netherlands|Dutch]].

She graduated from Dian Nusantara University.

She is known as a member of girl group [[JKT48]]. Before debuting, she was an Indonesian model. Sanda was selected to take part in the [[JKT48 Janken Competition 2016]] which was held in Jakarta. Sanda then qualified to represent the other 5th generation members in the preliminary stage with the status of a Kenkyuusei “trainee” at the JKT48 Janken Competition<ref>{{YouTube|UzNNNx3lncM|title=Sanda JKT48 lolos penyisihan Janken - Hasil Babak Penyisihan Trainee Rissanda Putri di Janken Competition}}</ref> as well as determining the 14th Single Senbatsu together with Gabryela Marcelina, Sinka Juliani and Jessica Vania which was held the following night at Jakarta.
