This image is very much legal, was not taken from Google Maps, and does not use an icon from Google Maps. It is based off of Image:Accidente barajas 2008 localizacion.png, which is based off of the OpenStreetMap project, available under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Generic license and uses Image:Map symbol airport 02.png as the symbol, which was released into the public domain.
