Summary

Description
English: Qutab Minar is a rising, 73-meter-high victory tower constructed in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak soon after the destruction of Delhi's last Hindu dynasty. The tower features five separate stories, each defined by a projecting balcony, and tapers from a 15 m diameter at the base to barely 2.5 m at the top.
