Source (WP:NFCC#4) | Original publication: c. 1960 Immediate source: ALA Archives |
Use in article (WP:NFCC#7) | E. J. Josey |
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) | for visual identification of the person in question, at the top of their biographical article |
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1) |
E J Josey has been deceased since 1990 and was active mainly from the 1950s through the 1980s. There are no public domain images available and a newish biography has been published with other images of him and I have avoided using those images. |
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) | cropped version of larger image and reduced in sized from there. |
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2) |
I believe the organization which took this photo and owns the rights to it no longer exists. The ALA Archive sells higher resolution versions of this uncropped photo but not this one. They are a not-for profit and also they are LIBRARIANS. |
Other information | The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: July 3, 2009 Thank you. |
