Toyota Entune was an integrated multimedia navigation and telematics system for Toyota automobiles. It provided functions such as emergency assistance as well as remote controls for locating, locking, or unlocking a vehicle, as well as starting the engine.[1] The service also included an optional satellite-based news and weather as well as fuel price and traffic information prices via subscription through SiriusXM; the mobile app was also integrated with music services such as iHeartRadio, Pandora and XM Satellite Radio. [1] The system could be controlled with (limited) speech recognition,[2] and optionally include the “Safety Connect” personalization system. [1]

Entune was first included in 2011 on the 2012 model year Toyota Prius and was modeled after the previous Toyota G-Book service. A related application based on Entune called Lexus Enform was used on Lexus Vehicles.[3] In 2021, Toyota began to phase out Entune in favor of the newer Toyota Audio Multimedia service.[4] , and on October 30, 2023, Entune was fully and permanently discontinued. Some Entune features were permanently integrated the Toyota phone app.[5]
