Kvartal 95 (Ukrainian: 95 квартал) is a residential neighborhood in the central part of Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. Its name literally means "Quarter", the way the city was divided during the post-war (World War II) Soviet period.

Later, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the neighborhood became famous in connection with Volodymyr Zelenskyi and his stage production Kvartal 95 Studio which was named after it. With Zelenskyi becoming the President of Ukraine, the Kvartal 95 fame spread outside of Ukraine.
