Where's the dispute?

The dispute is with the bulk of the Laibach (band) article.

What's the dispute?

The problem originated when a user, acting under the user name Zare2, made substantial edits to this article featuring the addition of 20K of new text, deletion of inter-wiki links, and references of uncopyrighted images. I reverted the edits several times, asking for discussion concerning the edits content and lack of citation - i made these requests in the rollback reasons, on the user's talk page, and on the article's talk page. Approaching (and probably passing) 3RR, i asked for a full lock on the page which was granted.

The user returned today, acting initially under the user name Zare*, then under Zare2 (sockpuppet report here) re-adding the text. Today they cited that the text they were adding was from a 8 page band bio from one of the band's booking agents. In addition to this it was referencing an image up for speedy deletion (the previously referenced images deleted by now, and so re-uploaded by the user...), and it broke references within the article. I both rolled back, asking again for discussion, and immediately submit a lock request (still pending review). I've rolled back one more time since then, and expanded my requests for discussion on the article's talk page.

The user has been inattentive in dialogue. Additionally, i need clarification on the cut and paste of booking agent written verbiage into a Wikipedia article. This seems, on first blush, like it would be in violation of POV, at least - but i'd like an official pointer. Thanks.

Postscript: As i was writing this, the user has now used the talk page to ask for assistance in adding the text. I would still greatly appreciate the voice of a third or fourth editor on this as i feel like i've been adversarial to this point with this user. (As well as a pointer WRT the above paragraph). Thanks.
